Whether your experience was passed down through family, discovered in a moment of need, sparked by curiosity, or shaped by cultural or spiritual connection, I invite you to share your story! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no one way to experience healing, so with your help we can paint a fuller picture of what traditional healing is today. Remember it is our voice that helps keep these traditions alive, respected, and visible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re welcome to write a few lines, a detailed story, a bot\u00e1nica\/practice recommendation, or even something you\u2019re still processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re stuck consider some of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What brought you to the bot\u00e1nica?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What were you seeking\u2014physically, emotionally, or spiritually? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who guided you? What kind of guidance did you seek?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Was it a curandera, santero, loved one, yourself? <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What moments, advice, or remedies stayed with you? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How has this experience shaped your sense of wellness today?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has it influenced how you care for yourself and\/or others?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How did you find out about this practice or bot\u00e1nica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Did you find it online?
